Hi people of Cute c:

Sadly, we can't accept your offer of partnership with our forum. Despite the fact that our communities are quite different (you're a K-Pop forum, and we are a role-playing one ; it's not exactly the same thing^^), the language is a significant barrier. If our members want to speak of K-Pop, well, they could do so on forums using their native language, and the same goes for yours : if they want to try a role-playing forum, it would probably be easier on an English one. The probability of people being fluent in both language on our forum and yours, and interested in K-Pop/Fairy Tail Role-Playing forums are quite low^^.

But it's interesting that we caught your eye, so in a way, thank you !

PS : Our programer is literally drooling over the host of your forum :D
PS2 : Could you please retire our button from your forum, since we didn't accept the partnership ? :/ And I think it's quite presomptuous to install it before having a response è_é.

1. it is actually normal to put your button up first, thats how it goes in our english world i guess
when we request partnership, the person requesting is expected to the button up of the forum first beforehand, think about it. it sounds logical or else you would be putting it up whilst i may never put yours up.
2. i think personally it makes no sense , the reasons, because A) a lot of anime fans also have an interest in kpop and the other way around, kpop fans often enough are anime fans. B) so what if my kpop forum is in english? you just proven exactly what i was thinking, most people on forums know basic english if not more. there is no language barrier for your side because basically everybody knows english, for me on the other hand had struggles figuring your place out because its not in english, the fact i wanted to affiliate with a non english forum should of been a compliment if you think about it but ok lol

3. also, its strange how you basically badly want me to remove the button immediately, why would you care? its free advertising for this place lol

4. its very normal for a fan forum to affiliate with other forums, even role playing ones. in fact all other buttons i got up are linked to role play forums. so yeah.

just wanted to leave this info here, no hard feelings. taking the button down obviously
i love fairy tail so thats why i also wanted to be partners but i guess for lame reasons we cannot, ashame really. oh well

I think you misunderstand me. We truly are proud that a non-french-speaking forum wants to have a partnership with us, like I said. And yes, it's not an obligation to only have role-playing forums as partners, we have some that are simply Japan-related too. So yeah, we could have agreed (I know we have some people that indeed like K-Pop).

But, you are wrong on one point : yeah, everyone knows some words of English, because that's the way things are. But, like I said before, the people on our forum that can have a consequent exchange in English and like K-Pop are few, if only we have ones. I'm a student in English, and I want to become an English teacher, so that's why I can talk with you like this. We have some Canadians/people from the province of Quebec that speak English too. But the majority of our community wouldn't understand more than a sentence of English (because the English that we are taught and the one you speak/write is veryyyyyyy different).

So yeah, we are honored and stuff. But, if we think it's not profitable for our forum, why would we agree to this partnership ? I wasn't aggressive or what, just trying to explain why we decline your offer.

For the button, well. I guess indeed the way of doing things differ. For us it's almost impolite to act like this, so that's why I was a bit tense. Even if it's free advertising like you said, it's not something that we like. At all. Sorry if I seemed to overreact, just different habits and way of seeing things I guess.

So, good luck with your forum and thanks for the offer, but it's just something that don't really fit to us.
